Shamel Ash (Fraxinus uhdei) My 1st Tree To Ever Climb & Prune.

This Shamel Ash – Fraxinus uhdei – is the first tree I ever climbed to prune. I do not often climb trees because I mostly work on shorter foliage from a ladder. This tree is located at the Bonsai garden at Lake Merritt in Oakland California overhanging a gorgeous Japanese fence. Go see it sometime!
